Michelle Cady helps go-getters like YOU optimize Nutrition, Fitness and Wellness. She’s on a mission to teach stress-less techniques and self-care to fellow driven and high-achieving individuals in a way that’s personalized and fun. She absolutely loves sharing her knowledge on nutrition and exercise science with her clients and creating tailored concierge solutions. She's incredibly passionate about helping her clients reach and surpass their wellness and fitness goals and summit to new heights of happiness and satisfaction in their lives.
Michelle graduated in 2008 with a BA in English from Middlebury College in Vermont and ran on their National Championship Cross Country team. She started her career at Goldman Sachs in London and spent six years in Investor Relations at a top Asset Management firm in New York City before she left in 2014 to pursue her passion for health and wellness. Michelle left her cubicle , became a Certified Personal Trainer at Equinox and graduated from Nutrition School at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She spent almost two years at Equinox as a Tier III Trainer, training private clients and teaching Precision Running Treadmill classes.
Today, Michelle offers virtual nutrition health coaching programs for private clients globally, and selective personal training and private outdoor run coaching in New York City. She's writing a book on optimizing Nutrition, Fitness and Wellness in an Urban Environment, to publish in early 2018. She has been seen on Good Morning America and her publications featured in EliteDaily and mindbodygreen. Michelle founded FitVista, LLC as a platform to offer her wellness services to private clients and share and inspire the public via her blog.
Michelle's credentials include: Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Running, Pre/Post-Natal Certified, Kettlebell Certified., Eternal Optimist.

This is What I think of When I wake up each day.
I believe deeply that every individual has their own well of self-knowledge and long-held desire to be their best, happiest and healthiest self. Our bodies want to heal. There is no magic pill, no diet book that works for everyone, no end-all, be-all approach to fitness or nutrition. At the end of the day, it comes down to YOU. What do you want? How do you want to feel? How do you want to BE in this world?
I've staked my career on helping others reach a feeling of confidence, satisfaction and love for their bodies and minds. I'm the kind of coach that guides you, educates, cheers you on - that inspires you to aim higher, that you don't want to disappoint. I want you to love the skin your in. I want you to wake up with a smile on your face, whisper "you're beautiful!" when the alarm goes off and spring out of bed with a feeling of lightness and energy.
