I partner with my clients to create personalized six-month programs to fine-tune your nutrition, re-program habitual patterns of behavior, address your life outside of food (work, exercise, relationships, career etc) and support you each step of the way. Everyone needs a health coach.

- 12 coaching sessions (two 45 minute sessions a month) via phone, skype or in-person

I work with my individual training clients to develop a personalized strength-training and metabolic conditioning program to meet and exceed their health and fitness goals. I'm a nut about education and am passionate about sharing my knowledge on exercise science as a tool to inspire greater change and motivation. My clients invest in their long-term health by learning perfect form and safely lifting heavy weights for increased strength, tone and confidence. I also prioritize fueling fat-burning through total body compound movement patterns and correcting muscle imbalances for improved posture and stronger bodies.

I meet my NYC-based running clients in Long Island City for personalized running training in Queens. Programs include: running drills, tempo runs, track workouts, distance pacing, quality runs, fartlek training, bodyweight exercise circuits targeted for runners, metabolic conditioning and strength training.
I also work with my clients as a pacer for local road races + triathalons (or let's race abroad - I'll pack my passport). Running training in Central Park, along the Hudson, Long Island City, Hoboken and Brooklyn available upon request.
Prefer to run inside? I'm a treadmill running instructor and can train you privately or vitually at your home gym.
